ASAP strictly adheres to the procedures set forth in the IICRC S550 – Standard and Reference Guide for Professional Mold Remediation.

We also strictly adhere to industry guidelines set by The New York City Dept. of Health, Environmental Solutions Association, Micro Consulting, the EPA and Center for Disease Control.

ASAP insists on doing the job right the first time. ASAP is very careful to barrier off non-effected rooms to keep mold from advancing in unwanted areas.

We often use negative air to keep the airflow in the direction of the fan to push unwanted spores outside.

When we finish, you will pass the mold test.
